The Innovator’s Dilemma

This is an interesting piece from Chris Kennedy’s blog – A Culture of Yes.  He highlights some ideas from Valerie Hannon of the Innovation Unit in the UK.  Valerie presented at the OECD Innovative Learning Enviroment Conference hosted in Banff by Canadian Rockies Public Schools.  I love her idea of the split screen approach – creating innovation – building new approaches, while at the same time focusing on improving current methods.  The trick is managing the leap between the two worlds – the new – the old.
